Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

CaseZero ("we," "our," or "us") provides PI lien resolution intelligence tools for plaintiff personal injury law firms in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our services or interact with our applications.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when requesting early access or using our platform, including firm name, contact information, and case-related data submitted for lien resolution processing.

When you connect a case management platform (such as Filevine), we access only the case data necessary to perform lien calculations, draft reduction letters, and generate disbursement waterfalls.

How We Use Information

We use collected information solely to provide and improve our lien resolution services. Case data is used to calculate statutory reductions, generate documents for attorney review, and maintain an audit trail of all actions taken.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Security

All case data is handled with appropriate technical safeguards. Attorney approval is required before any output is used or transmitted. We maintain a complete audit log of all system actions.

LinkedIn Integration

Our applications may use the LinkedIn API to publish content to LinkedIn company pages and personal profiles on behalf of authorized users. We access only the permissions required to create and publish posts. We do not store LinkedIn user data beyond what is necessary for authentication.
